Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support

Upward compression to help relieve arch pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis. Lightweight and comfortable, this adjustable support helps relieve pain and will fit in any shoe.

Available in one size only , fits left or right:
Measure around arch - up to 18" or 45 cm

Application/Instructions:

1. Position support under centre of arch with blue pad facing up.

2. Wrap strap on inside of foot over the top of the foot. Secure the strap to the brace.

3. Wrap strap from outside of foot over the top of foot. Secure the strap to the brace.
