Measure circumference of wrist, fits 5.0 - 8.0" (12.7 - 20.3 cm), Left OR Eight


Application/Instructions:

1. Loosen straps and slide hand in, placing thumb through the thumb hole.

2. Fasten top main strap.

3. Fasten bottom main strap.

4 Refasten straps for desired support.
