Ordering is simple, click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, verify your shopping cart items and click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. It's as simple as that!

To purchase you must be over 18 years of age. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we verify your payment and payment transaction is completed.

GameDay do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties, we respect the privacy of our customers. Information received will only be used to make a successful delivery, it will not be used for any other purposes.

GST

7% GST is included in our pricing.

For orders delivered to an overseas address for an overseas customer by courier or forwarding services, GST will excluded for purchases of S$200 and above in a single receipt. Local purchases and deliveries are subjected to GST.

Delivery options

Following options are available.

  1.) Self collection at our store in Midview City.

  2.) Free local delivery for purchases S$100.00 and above.

  3.) Delivery charges of S$7.50 applies to purchases below S$100.00.

  4.) Overseas delivery requires customers’ own courier arrangements, or you may request a quote from TNT international courier service.

Purchases delivered will be received within 24-72 hours (1-3 days) from the time of payment. Self-collection is advised for urgent cases.

For Overseas customers, kindly provide your account number for your preferred courier or forwarder for the delivery. We shall not be held responsible for any delay should the courier refuse the delivery, it is important to check with your preferred courier in advance of their terms and conditions.

  3.) No return policy.

Returns

Exchange of product must be done within 7 seven days of purchase or date or receipt of goods in. There will be no cash refund thus exchange can be with another product of similar value or of higher value where the difference will be paid by the customer. All products returned must include the original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we deem the product returned is not in good condition and without the original packaging.

Products purchased with the best deal option are not entitled to any returns due to minimising administrative costs and the discount given.

Non-acceptance of Order

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered unless we notify you of any non-acceptance of your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following :

The product you ordered being unavailable in stock, We are not able to obtain authorization for your payment.
We welcome you to our showroom for cash and carry, 9 am to 5.30 pm, weekdays only.
